Bussaco 1810

Battle of Bussaco: the french under Massena are attacking Wellington in Portugal to get to Lisboa. The refight began auspiciously for the french with the cavalry routing a british unit. But soon, those riders became bottlenecked and so decimated as to become ineffective. Massena then tried attacking by the right but he got killed and his flank repulsed, not before inflicting some damage. Picton led his command to an effective counterattack in the british right, but paid that success with his life. With that the french center, barricaded in San Paulo, conceded. Albion triumphant 5-2.
